Can Hypnotherapy help Me?

how do the sessions work

how do the hypnotherpay sessions work?

After an intake process which is a process of uncovering the “REAL” issue, then we use hypnotherapy to uncover the root cause of the issue. We then resolve the issue using techniques such as “parts therapy” and or “regression to cause”.

Some clients just can’t talk about what is bothering them.

Sometimes that is due to the secret nature of their work (Police, Military, Doctors, Lawyers etc). For such cases we will use a process called “The Simpson Protocol”.
The process uses ideomotor responses (automatic responses via the subconscious mind with yes/no finger signals).

One-to-one hypnotherapy appointments are tailored to suit each clients requirements.

HOW I WORK WITH CLIENTS

2 Options:

1) I typically work with clients for 4 sessions about one week apart. The first session 90-120 minutes long. Future sessions are between 60 and 90 minutes.

2) A single 2 - 2.5 hour session.

You are provided with self hypnosis audios recordings to listen to in-between our sessions.

I have helped 3 people with this issue - successfully. One was an 8 year old child, one a 21 year old female and the other was a 65 old female.

What is hypnotherapy

All hypnosis is self-hypnosis.

That is because while you can be given positive suggestions for change, in order for that change to occur, you must accept those Suggestions and make them your own.

All suggestions that you accept become self-suggestions.

Hypnosis is a relaxing, naturally occurring state of mind which happens to us every day; each time we read a captivating novel, float off in a daydream, are driving and wonder how we got to our destination without actual thought about it, or see an engrossing movie, we are in a natural state of hypnosis.  Hypnosis, which is a naturally occurring process, is medically approved by the American Psychiatric Association and the British Medical Association as a viable therapeutic tool.

During hypnosis, the physical body and conscious mind are in a relaxed state while the subconscious mind remains in a heightened state of suggestibility. Hypnosis is an education-communication process to a person’s mind that allows the conscious and subconscious minds to agree.
