EACH DAY OF WEEK ONE LISTEN TO EITHER THE DAYTIME OR NIGHTTIME VERSION OF THE SELF HYPNOSIS AUDIO SUPPORT
These audio support recordings will reinforce your new automatic programming to eat like a naturally thin person:
eat slowly and consciously
to take one bite at a time
chew 10, 20 or even 30 times
placing your cutlery/food down in between bites of food
stopping eating as soon as you FEEL satisfied
For the daytime version, I will count you up from 1 to 5 and when I reach 5 you will feel fully aware and fully refreshed. This audio will also help to remind you how you want to feel in your new body size and shape.
For the nighttime audio I will count you up from 1 to 5 and when I reach 5 you will simply choose to drift off to sleep. This audio will also help to remind you how you want to feel in your new body size and shape.

PLEASE LISTEN TO SESSION #2 RECAP RECORDING AFTER YOU HAVE HAD YOUR 2ND VGB HYPNOSIS SESSION. The part of you that knows all about you and your ideal shape and size is now working for you. This part of you will remind you to:

Alternate between this recording and either the daytime or nighttime version recording from the 1st session. By listening daily to an in between session self hypnosis audio support recordings, you will be strengthening the hypnotic programming, which will cause you subconscious mind to overwrite the old programming.

Use the Contrast vs Clarity Worksheet to get clear on what you want - NOT what you don’t want. Spend a couple of minutes brainstorming what you DON’T want. Then one by one cross it out and write out the extreme positive opposite in the Clarity column. Then fold the sheet in half vertically and now you have a clear document of what you want.

Craving Buster Technique #4 - Breathing in Calmness
Breath in calmness and exhale tension because calmness and tension can not coexist.
Read this once through, then close your eyes and do the slow breathing exercise while you recall of the reasons why you want to be your ideal size and shape and weight.
Step #1 - Think of a place in nature that is a calm, tranquil place that is just yours. A place that you can call your favourite vacation spot, paradise, retreat or sanctuary. In a moment close your eyes and you will be there. Almost right away you will feel the wave of relaxation flow over you.
Step #2 - Now slowly breathe in for a count of 5, hold for a count of 5, exhale for a count of 5 and repeat until your physical and emotional system has calmed down. This is the fasted way to relax your parasympathetic system. In this state it would be impossible to intake anything that would harm your physical system or take you off your path towards what you want. You can even imagine a shower of white healing light as you breathe in and out.
Step #3 In the state you can start to remember all the reasons WHY you choose eat slowly and consciously, drink lots of healthy clean water, chew your food slowly - one bite a time, why you want to become that ideal shape, size and weight. Whether if be for your current or future health, to be there for loved ones, to be the role model you always wanted to be, to be in control of your own behaviours, or maybe you are just tired of paying money for something that you don’t even bring you longterm lasting joy.
Step #4 Open your eyes when you feel at peace and notice the calmness.
